Added button to hide WeatherMate so that it only runs in the system tray.
Double-clicking the system tray icon hides/reveals the WeatherMate window.
Added option to start WeatherMate with Windows.
Added option to speak the weather for the selected, first or all locations.
Reduced time taken to retrieve weather information.
Added indicator to inform user that unseen severe weather alerts exist. Clicking the indicator displays the location with the alert.
Severe weather alert text tooltip now displays the detailed description of the alert.
Location tab displays the full location name in a tooltip.
