It can use any NTP server (such as the one run by NIST) and sets your system clock and you can configure it to offset the time by any amount, periodically re-sync the time. I found this program to be very useful. I used it to synchronize my PC's time, and the time server to synchronize the computers on the network worked too, as long as they had the software too! Very good PC and LAN Sync Tool. show Review details
