decompile HTML Help files CHM Decoder is a simple tool to decompile HTML Help files (.chm). It extracts all the HTML source files into a new folder and optionally generates a Java navigation tree. The program is useful to convert CHM to HTML for the purpose of web publishing or viewing on other devices that do not support the .CHM format.
