You can split a large file into smaller pieces, later join pieces to reconstruct the original file. This can be useful if you need to span a large file across multiple discs or if the file is too large to send by email. If you want something more stealthy than standard encryption, you can use the Steganography feature to hide files inside a JPEG image.
