Monitor servers and network devices Advanced Host Monitor is a system management tool that can monitor hundreds or thousands of servers or network devices using more than 140 different test methods, including ping, retrieve an URL, check the available disk space, check integrity of your files and web site, test your SQL server, and more. If a device does not respond, it can take a pre-defined action that includes sound warning, email notification, pager or mobile phone notification, execute external programs, remote shutdown/reboot and more. In addition program can also generate a log file that can be configured to suit your needs. Additional features include Log Analyzer to illustrate information for each tested host and collect statistical information, as well as a HML Manager, Web Service, Telnet Service, Remote Monitoring Agents and other utilities.em class="para">It can check Windows and UNIX systems, Cisco and Juniper routers, NetApp, QNAP and Synology NAS devices, Hewlett-Packard servers, UPS devices, VMWare host and guest systems and much more. KS-Soft team managed to create wonderful product: easy to use, with friendly user interface, powerful alerting and reporting engine and useful auxiliary tools, like RMA, RCC, Web service. I think every program should work like this one, I have another which is Great! ,but not portable - I looked at many of these types of programs and the ones I found were WAY WAY OVER PRICED , sometime 5$ per check..LOL and the other simply just did not work and drained my computer system resource too nothing and always had to re-boot afterwards. for the price ($275 for 600 checks) a steal - IT's a GEM! of a deal, every Serious network dept should be using this program. The only thing that I did not like was the NAG box, when I was testing the program, I wanted to make sure this program was not a draining my computers resources like the rest, the Nag box stops everything , while you have to re-start and agree to the license agreement. If your going to give 30 days trail and allow us to be able too test the program from A-Z , then remove the NAG box.. A must buy! for the price... show Review details
