Simply type your email message as you normally would and click the `Encrypt Message` button in the toolbar. PDF Postman will then convert your typed text into a PDF document and automatically attach it to the email message. The content of your email will be replaced with a template text that informs the user about the encrypted file attachment (The text of the template can be customized to your preference). Since PDF Postman uses native PDF encryption and most users already have a PDF reader installed, the receiver will usually only need the password to open your encrypted message. Other features include support for attachment encryption, document to PDF conversion and a built-in password manager.PDF Postman is compatible with Outlook 2003-2010.
