The program also supports file transfers, text and audio chats as well as Telnet sessions and remote shutdowns. Radmin includes a server and a viewer, the server needs to be installed on the machine(s) that you want to control and the viewer can be installed on any machine that you want to use to access the remote computers. The program supports full-screen viewing and control with real-time speeds, as well a "View only" mode. You have to use a license for every Radmin Server you use, and that is extremely annoying, in the daily use. The Radmin Viewer often `does not respond` and has to be restarted. The program files is big, and you can not make a preinstall setup file for the server, but have to set it up every time you get a new customer that needs support. I my test to find a Remote program that is stable and easy for the customer to use, I do not recommend this program. show Review details
