I have been using this Backkup for a couple of years -- first the free version, then the paid Pro version. It is easy to use, reliable, and does everything I need in a Home Office backup. I have never needed customer support for anything, either operational or technical. I have used expensive, proprietary, and bloated backup software but this well-coded little app is all a home-office user needs. The zip restores are quick and easy, both extract restore or via the application restore. The program is updated periodically. Nothing to lose by trying out the free version! show Review details
