Don't bother 1 stars by Jeffmic Nov 08, 2006
The technical support on this product is atrocious. This is a product made in Germany, so dont expect any reasonable support times for the Western Hemisphere, nor a complete understanding of the English language. I spent a week going back and forth with their single and only technical support rep. who, during one conversations via IM at 9:45AM PST, abruptly said "I have to go, my shift is over." The product at its basic form works as designed. However theres a scheduling feature that simply does not work at all. I would not recommend this product. There are several other products out there for half the price made by U.S. vendors with U.S. tech support. show Review details
