I downloaded Easy Mail Merge a few months ago and, especially for the price, it is a great tool. The capabilities are great, formatting emails and associating them with contact lists is incredibly easy and straightforward.
The only thing lacking about this product is perhaps their support. There is only one way to contact support and that is through an email support button in the app. Sometimes they respond immediately, other times there is a weeks long delay, and sometimes they don't respond at all.
This is especially frustrating because of the fact that the app is buggy. With each update I have downloaded so far, there have been features that no longer work or issues like frequent lock-ups. I have contacted support about the latest update due to the fact that you can no longer close the app without losing all of your scheduled merges. After about ten attempts on my behalf to receive support with this issue, I haven't received a single reply.
So overall - great product, but the lack of response from the support team makes it at times unusable.
