This is not free. Freeware versions are either free software or free after some features disabled. It's none of those. It's only free until built-in instruction in the software guesses that user is using the software for commercial purposes.
You use long time in one session, say for example, 1 hour or you connect to 2 or three machines (though not in one session) it will probably guess that you are using it for commercial purposes.
And when it guesses, just based on it's guess it will slap on your face by asking you to play fair, as if they are sure you are cheating them.
They didn't have to do this. They could easily limit the time of a free session, say for two minutes, to make sure user will have to ask permission of commercial use of the software to lift the session time limit.
Or they could even not to offer a free version at all.
