I just used the free trial to open a 135 page document that had been protected against printing. The software did it in no time flat with no restrictions. I was looking for a totally free program that could do it and haven't found one yet. For about $10 this is about the best deal out there. Price: Free Trial ($9.99)

Very easy to use. i love it... 5 stars
The greatest features have already been mentioned but I'll do it again. I chose this program because there was no need to install it. Just run the executable file and it opens. I put a copy on my thumb drive to keep on my keychain. I also just started using the hotkey function. Whatever site you are on, just hit ctrl-alt-a and KeePass will automatically log you in. No need to use the copy-paste function. It also supports drag-drop which works great. Price: Free
