This is a very good spyware removal tool. It has found things that were not detected by Ad-aware or Spybot, both of which are very good programs.
For all the negative reviewers, it's free. If you want all the extras, try forking over a little cash. Try writing a program like this and maintaining it and see how you feel about the time it takes.
