Missing a category 4 stars
I could rate this excellent on all four categories you have - and I still would never recommend its use to anyone. Does it work? Not in a test tube environment of pages built to an unofficial standards approval. Does it work in the real world, with real webpages, some of them many years old that are not going to ever be updated again, but still have very valuable information on them - Does it work for those pages? Not very often. Does it follow the standards as set by use? No. Does it go out of its way to be incompatible with other existing browsers? Yes. Price: Free
