ToDoList ToDoList

Todolist - so much more! 5 stars
This program is much more than a todolist. It is more of a project organizer than a todolist. It allows you to create task and sub tasks. These tasks may be assigned to individuals or yourself. You can categorize your task in any way you want. For instance you can assign categories by location, job or equipment. The task will be color coded and displayed as a mini calendar. You can choose how to print reports. The reports print as text based reports and include no graphics. Tasks can be reoccurring. The time spent on tasks is also tracked. Overall this program does a great job handling task management. The interface may be a bit daunting, but if you read the help and stick with it you will find it worthwhile. InfraRecorder InfraRecorder

Excellent and troublefree 5 stars
This little application is a great tool for burning CD and DVDs. It includes all the standard functions you would find in Roxio and other commercial applications. Unlike other free programs it does not include any ad-ware or spyware. You may want to visit the author's website for the full install version. The copy provided here is the portable version, however it functions just like the full version and can put on a flash drive. Overall this is one excellent product! Price: Free

Ultimate Boot CD Ultimate Boot CD

Your best friend 4 stars
A useful CD that boots using Linux. Contains mostly open source, free software utilities. These can be used to fix your hard drive and repair many system problems. This is especially useful when your system has been hosed. It supports most PCs. The utilities include diagnostics, hard drive repair, partition management and other tools. These can really save you from losing your PC to system problems. I think this package should be included in any repair kit. My only compliant would be that it does not come with a lot of documentation. However you can figure out most of the utilities yourself. Price: Free

Orbit Downloader Orbit Downloader

Good download manager 4 stars
This tool works well. I have turned off the update feature, so the product will remain stable. The only feature I do not like is the Grab-IT feature. However other people may find it useful for getting You-tube videos. It integrates well with IE and other browsers and saves time when downloading files. I would recommend the tool. Price: Free

Steel RunAs Steel RunAs

Useful utility 4 stars
This utility does exactly what it says. It allows you to run any program as administrator. It also protects you from misuse by the standard account holder. You must specify a directory to use in the settings. If you do not, the utility will not work. For instance use c:. I have found the utility useful to enable anti-virus software to function with administrative authority. Overall it is strait forward to use. Price: Free Trial ($10.00)
