I tested this and it basically works. There are many features, therefore you need to be a little patient to understand how to use it. It does the job but what I was missing was better Unicode support. In one case it accidentally converted the Files from UTF-8 to ANSI. So ensure you have a backup first. Price: Free

It looks good but it is not. Yes you have zoom but it makes no sense, because coordinates can not be edited in detail. It lacks of needed features like [..] etc. . It is just a poor software. And it is a slow software. Price: Free Trial ($24.00)
