Nice idea, partially functional 3 stars
This would make it easier to manipulate pdf files without the overhead of running Acrobat. Only caveat was that the the merged files would not open, I only got a message from Acrobat that "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." Price: Free Trial ($50.00)
