No print support for 2000 4 stars
The developer refuses to include Windows 2000 print support. Paint .Net only limits you to editing one image at a time, and while it is a very nice application, I would not put it in the same light as Photoshop. A step or two below Paint Shop Pro, but definitely better than Paint (and lots of other alternatives, including payware). Price: Free
