Good program high learning curve. 3 stars
Used the program and it seem good but it has and interface which lets you make advanced choices. I just wish I understood what they were without having to go though all the help files. Price: Free Trial ($40.00)

It is free and has a password protect feature and copy print protect. Very basic only works with HTM and TXT files. I recommend it for any one wanting a simple free program. Price: Free
