It's small and unobtrusive, can be hidden to the system tray, and even contained my little town in it's city list. Uses about 20mb of memory when running. That's about average with others that I've used. The one thing I don't like is that there is no option to make the radar image larger, or change it to another type of image for my area. Price: Free

When selecting a city, you are limited to the city proper. Since most hotels are on the outlying areas of cities, Schmap does not allow you to view those areas. When scrolling west, for example, the map stops scrolling at the city limits. I don't see the point of installing something that does not perform any better than what is available online already. If you are going to be in a downtown area of a city, then this is very convenient. The quick descriptions on mouseover are nice, and simple checkboxes for viewing different details in the city Price: Free
