My favorite file manager in windows 5 stars
I've tried quite a few file managers in the past years but I keep coming back to Q-dir. I've had no issues running both portable and installation versions on Win xp, Win 7, Win 8 and now on Win 10. Program settings can be a little awkward but for a free program I can't complain. Price: Free

Lightweight and effective 5 stars
I started using Avira AntiVir since 2 months ago and really like it. My desktop has Avast on it for a couple of years and it's been fine, but i replaced AVG on my laptop with Avira AntiVir, because this antivirus software uses less memory and is just as effective. Updates are automatic and frequent and i haven't experienced any problems or false alarms. I recommended this antivirus software. Price: Free
