Great news!!! I ran CopyTrans Doctor again and then opened iTunes and it worked. But most importantly, it fixed the sync problem!! I have been struggling with the problem for months. I gave up and planned to buy a new iPod then saw your product. It fixed the problem. I am so happy. Price: Free Trial ($39.99)

The best ipod to itunes tool i've tried 5 stars
After a computer crash and an empty iTunes library, I've tried all iPod to iTunes import tools I could find. CopyTrans is the only one that was able to completely rebuild my iTunes library from my iPod with my playlists, ratings, videos, podcasts, artworks, etc. I didn't feel like importing +1,000 CD manually.
