I guess newer Windows really can't beat Windows XP practical GUI. This Classic Shell gives us the options (lots of it!) to tweak the menu looks and function. It conveniently has a Backup button for restoring previous settings, good work! Price: Free

This is the only download manager ever needed 5 stars
IDM integrates nicely on all 3 browsers I used and it can download FLVs. No configuration needed, just install and be done with it. I have tried a lot of download managers, until I used IDM I stopped looking anymore. Thanks. Price: Free Trial ($24.95)
