So pretty, but not workable 1 stars by corkypv Nov 13, 2008
Interface, features and ease of use are all wonderful (snapfiles rating system would not let me say that above), but it's not a usable product. Crumbles under the onslaught of spam and other attacks in the modern internet in a real working environment. No escalated support path, no paid support, no way to resolve problems. Dang near put me out of business before I got switched in a panic to something else. show Review details

Repeated attempt to contact the company for four days resulted in zero response. That's what I get for buying it before production testing. Poorer but wiser... show Review details
