So pretty, but not workable

Interface, features and ease of use are all wonderful (snapfiles rating system would not let me say that above), but it's not a usable product. Crumbles under the onslaught of spam and other attacks in the modern internet in a real working environment. No escalated support path, no paid support, no way to resolve problems. Dang near put me out of business before I got switched in a panic to something else.

Don't buy if you need all of your mail

The feature set is great, but incoming email is either duplicated or dropped due to the server's inability to look at the X-Original-To field to determine who needs the mail. Repeated attempt to contact the company for four days resulted in zero response. That's what I get for buying it before production testing. Poorer but wiser...
