Outlook email manager ClearContext is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that enables you to automatically prioritize, organize, and color-code the messages in your inbox. It uses many of the natively supported Outlook features (rules, views, folders etc.) and combines them into an easy-to-use email management system that requires very little training, and transparently integrates with Outlook, without the need for additional interfaces or applications. ClearContext enables you to automatically display the most important e-mails from important senders at the top of the inbox, and less important messages further down the list. You can also set priorities for each message (criteria or Contact), which will automatically color code the message and move it further up the list. In addition, you can create topics, which are essentially mail folders where mail can be filed with the click of a button. New messages are automatically scanned for custom defined keywords or properties and assigned to the user specified topic. We found ClearContext very intuitive and fairly easy to use.
