It supports import of list members via database queries (SQL Server, MS Access, Excel etc.) as well as from existing list files. e-Campaign provides a WYSIWYG interface to easily design rich HTML and Flash emails, newsletters or e-zines, which can be personalized for the recipient via mail merge and delivered to your mailing lists. In addition, the program handles automatic bounces and opt-out processing, allowing members to unsubscribe from the list without any interaction from you. Little software support & customer service.

They only support the software for 1 or 2 years, then you have to buy an upgrade, which cost over 200 USD. Per their email to me... "reached end of support life...severe compatibility issues....obsolete version. We suggest you keep your e-Campaign up-to-date." With the "special discount" to keep the software up-to-date approx. every 2 years, the cost is over 200 USD - did it once, no more.
