By looking at the tabs and file listings, you can easily see the different between source and destination location and use the copy functions to copy files in a tab to the destination or from the source, delete files that are redundant and more. While the tools provides an easy overview, it lacks project management, advanced settings, filters etc. and can only work with one directory (sub-directories) at a time Good for occasional backups, where you want to make sure what is being copied or deleted.
