find encrypted or password protected files CryptoSearch is a simple, portable utility that searches your computer or network for encrypted or password protected files and provides you with a list of files that were found. You can limit the search to one or multiple folder paths and select which file types to search for. The program supports PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ZIP, RAR and other types of files. The list of protected files can be exported to HTML or Text format. Unfortunately, CryptoSearch does not provide any options to open or otherwise manage the files, so all you can do is look at the list and then manually locate the files by their folder location.
