download photos from your iPhone to your PC DearMob iPhone Photo Manager enables you to download your photos from your iPhone without having to use iTunes. Simply connect your phone and the program will display all your photos as thumbnails, categorized by album. You can group them by date (day, month, year) and select the photos you want to export to your computer. Clicking on the "Export" button will download the photos to a local folder, which can be customized in the settings. DearMob iPhone Photo Manager also offers buttons to add or delete photos but these were not active and did not work for us.
