find duplicate images Duplicate Image Remover Free enables you to scan multiple folders for duplicate images that are either identical or very similar. Once you select the type of comparison method you want to use, you can specify one or more folders to search. The program will automatically include all sub-folders but there is an option to exclude specific directories manually. The scan results will present you with a list that has all duplicate images highlighted in groups and clicking on a group will show thumbnail previews of the images. (Unfortunately there is no option to view the full size images for closer inspection.) You can then manually select the images that you want to remove and either delete them or move them to a different folder. There is also an option to export the list of file names to a text file.
