launch files and folders via custom commands Famulus is a simple file and application launcher that can launch your favorite programs, websites or folder via custom commands typed into a small "Run" box. Simply press the Numpad* key (can be customized) to make the command box appear above the tray, type your command and Famulus will launch the associated application or folder. Your commands can be any combination of alpha-numeric characters, e.g. a word or an abbreviation like "ff" to launch Firefox or "word" to launch MS Word.
