Great tool for medium sized business users

I have been using FastStats Gold for a few months now and it is an excellent piece of software. Most impressive of all is the interactive graphical view of the way users have progressed through the site. Click on a box representing a file and instantly see as a percentage how many came from where, and where they went afterwards - very easy to use. I studied a number of other packages before choosing this one, none had a feature like this, in this price range. There is a good range of other reports too, and I like the fact that I can cut a table and paste it into a spreadsheet, edit the data and prepare it for a polished presentation. There are graph views and it supports analysis of cookie-derived data on users visit. I found their support to be well above average, with a swift response time by e-mail. They went further than most companies would go to make sure that my problems were solved, even though these were more to do with getting my logs right rather than the software itself.
