I won't say it's the best but it's one of the better registry repair tools I've used. Option to backup registry is key. For free, still a 5.

As a fairly meddlesome user I often experiment with interesting looking packages I probably don't need. This often leads to potential disaster because many packages fail to deliver and even more often fail to uninstall correctly. GlarySoft's collection of automated functions have never failed to pull my butt from the fire. What is even more important is that they have never failed to respond to a cry for help - and I just use the freeware version. I initially started by manually checking everything the utilities suggested should be fixed but soon discovered that they clearly knew more about fixing the problems than I could ever hope to. Now, I just fire and forget! Fifteen out of ten for GlarySoft from this well satisfied user.
