At last! a webmail notifier that works 5 stars by howardfernman Jun 28, 2014
I've been looking for something like this for years. Unlike POP3 notifiers I've used in the past that were also not very satisfactory, this one is extremely simple to set up. Just make your choice from a few options (found by right-cicking on the tray icon), enter your email address and password, and it is operational. The software is automatically set to run at startup. I have installed it on two computers and it works perfectly. When you receive new mail a red circle appears on the tray icon and shows the number you have. There is also a brief popup that shows the senders and subjects. The red circle only stays for a couple of minutes but after it is gone the information shows if you hover your cursor over the icon. The details remain until you have read the email(s) and to do this a simple click on the tray icon opens your Zoho Mail screen. An additional advantage of this is that you can delete any other shortcut you may have and use the tray icon instead. Disclaimer: I have absolutely no connection whatsoever, personal or commercial, with the German developer, and it is 100 pure coincidence that I have the same name as the software (though that is something of a bonus for me!). show Review details
