download speed test logger Speed Test Logger is an open-source download speed test logger that downloads a file from a remote server on a regular interval and keeps track of the download speed. The results are shown in a graph and are also saved to a CSV log file. By default, the program downloads a test file from the author's server, but if you prefer, you can configure a different download location. In addition to logging download speeds, Speed Test Logger also monitors service interruptions (offline/online) and IP address changes.
