stock tracking tool TickVue is a simple stock tracking tool that periodically queries Yahoo Finance and updates your list of stock with the most recent quotes. The program offers basic features, suitable for casual stock tracking. It can automatically calculate the overall portfolio value and display long-term charts for a selected symbol. If you simply want to keep an eye on some stocks but don`t want to make them part of your portfolio, you can set the amount to 0 and TickVue will add them to a watchlist that can be quickly reviewed by hovering your mouse over the system tray icon; the icon color indicates whether your overall stock gains are green or red.Due to the lack of advanced features, TickVue will probably not appeal to serious investors, however if you simply want to keep an eye on a few stocks and get a rough idea of your portfolio performance, you should give it a try.
