Easy to use, not bloated, works well and free

At first this comes off as a basic app that will just show you the differences in the files, until it opens them up. From there, it has plenty of viewing options along with showing the difference options. What I really liked was the ability to open one of the files, edit it, save, then have it immediately show me the edited file along with the differences. Easy to use, not bloated, works well and free.

Great simple text diff-er

Have been using this for the last few years for Windows development. Full mouse and keyboard control. The shortcut can be copied to "SendTo" folder for productivity (select two text files, and SendTo the ExamDiff). "Pro" version adds some extra features.
