They only support the software for 1 or 2 years, then you have to buy an upgrade, which cost over 200 USD. Per their email to me... "reached end of support life...severe compatibility issues....obsolete version. We suggest you keep your e-Campaign up-to-date." With the "special discount" to keep the software up-to-date approx. every 2 years, the cost is over 200 USD - did it once, no more. show Review details
