A typical Buyer Beware item. My fault, when testing the trial version I didnt notice an odd view of Sent Items. Instead of showing the To address column, HTML Mail Archiver changes Outlook view to From column resulting in hundreds of emails showing only your email address. If you want to see to whom you sent the email, you have to do an item-by-item manual search. The Inbox part works very well showing mail by the From column. Otherwise well designed product shows a deadly fault. I bought MAPI software over a year ago and it sits unused. I notified MAPI about he problem, but a couple versions later the Sent Items issue still remains unresolved, and they seem unwilling to do anything about it. show Review details
