Will work on all but office 2010 in XP 4 stars by antproofcase Oct 12, 2011
Great app, and it works very well...the only drawback is that I can't get the "caret" or click-button to switch between windows doesn't work for Office 2010 (XPSP3). I've uninstalled and reinstalled, as my Multimon pre-dated my 2010 'upgrade'...no luck. Otherwise, works on absolutely everything else. show Review details
Excellent! Highly recommended 4 stars by Bontempi25 Feb 03, 2010
I have 4 monitors and use this for 3 of them. The 4th - an inner one- is not recognized by MultiMon. The main monitor, the left monitor and the right-most use MultiMon. The monitor to the left of the right-most monitor does not get MultiMon's taskbar, nor does the screen switching work. No problem - I use that monitor to handle MS Word when I take notes and don't need it to have MultiMon. - There is one small bug. Sometimes the 2ndary monitor's taskbar floats up 1/2 inch from the bottom of the monitor. The solution is to unload the taskbar with a right click, and start it up again. It takes 2 seconds. -This is a very useful program. You can use the keyboard shortcut keys - Control/Alt/right or left arrows- to move your program to a different monitor. show Review details
Just one more thing windows should have had! 5 stars by Stogie Sep 28, 2008 (Read all my 3 reviews)
A very simple application which starts when your system does and adds a handy taskbar to your second monitor. If you have a laptop pc that is plugged into a larger monitor also then you should get this. show Review details
Very good utility!!! 4 stars by qdruok Apr 08, 2008
While it could use some cosmetic work, this thing is very handy and works well. one thing it needs though, is to constantly watch for changes in what it's current monitor's relative position is to the other monitor. when i changed monitor positions in Windows Display Settings the toolbar was left hanging in space. Love the window switch button. A really great utility for dual-headed systems. show Review details
Not perfect, but still indisposable 5 stars by calraith Jun 14, 2006 (Read all my 2 reviews)
There are some features you would want an app like this to have, which it doesn't (as of version 2.1). It doesn't pick up the Windows XP visual style for the secondary task bar; nor does it provide a way to turn off adding the arrow button beside the titlebar min/max/close button cluster. Having said all that, this app just makes perfect sense. Functionally, it integrates very well with multi-monitor systems. Even though the website says both monitors must have the same resolution, my displays are as different as night and day (primary at 1680x1050 16:9, secondary at 1280x1024 4:3); but the app still works well. With the horizontal real estate dual monitors provides, it seems illogical to try to cram all the taskbar icons into a single display. MultiMon Taskbar provides the functionality that Microsoft should have. show Review details
