Easy to use 2.User friendly instructions 3.Added features impressive 4.Interface-very creative 5.Interactive-skins/effects 6.Saves time and hassle to the conventional methods in email attaching/recording 7. I have used one or two others which record an mp3/wma/wav and attach it to an email, but this one has a few extras that make it a bit better than the others. Outlook integration is nice and helps remind me that i have the thing installed :-) show Review details

I raised my volume on the speaker knob and the speaker icon and could not hear the playback. I aslo raised the volume on the Speak-A-Message but it records way to low and it is hard to hear. show Review details
