This is another full featured software by RealWorld and doesn't disappoint. It's easy enough to create your own cursor or use images, add animation, and much more.
Just with their paint program, you have immediate tutorials when the program opens that you can choose to watch to get you started or advance.
For a freeware, this is jam packed with options and I suggest trying these out.

I'm still finding useful features on this gem. At first I was daunted by the size of the download (I'm strongly anti-bloatware) but Realworld Cursor Editor is feature packed and enjoyable to use. There's a lot of support on the developer's website, too. It's not often I rate software five stars (there's always, always room for improvement) but I'm really impressed with this offering.

This was my first go with cursor editing software, although I had tried icon editing software. RealWorld Cursor Editor is very similar in use, and allows anything that you can draw to be used as a cursor. If you find this too daunting, or are just too lazy (like me), check out the wide range of free ready made cursor sets that can be downloaded at RealWorld's website.
