A toy with no support

When program blows up and they ask you to turn off multi-core CPU in their program, as a work around, but won't say when it will be fixed, what should you think? When you send them emails comparing the price of the free version of Similarity (which is actually faster than the paid version) and ask why they charge twice as much as the paid version but get no answer, what should you think? When you are trying to find duplicates among 1000s of CDs of music and Audio Compare tells you that two movements of a four movement symphony are duplicated but does not detect the other two, what are you to think? When Audio Compare finds the same piece of music played by different people but labels them the same, what are you to think? These are questions I have asked them but for which I have gotten no answer. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM BOLIDE they are in Seattle but, for their responsiveness might as well be in Russia.
