Not too bad for free

This isn't a "WOW" application but it does what it says. I have to agree that the mouse cursor should have an option to be removed when using the pointer. It has a list of pointer options, you can even set transparency or size or how you enable or disable it. It changes orientation based on where you have the stick obviously else it would go off the screen, although, this could be an option eventually. All in all, not horrible but yeah, this could use some work.

Distracting and annoying to use

This developer provides lots of well-written small, portable, free tools. Pointer Stick shows that no one is perfect. The mouse pointer remains distractingly visible along with the stick. What makes this unusable for me is the way the stick abruptly changes orientation as I move around the screen. It makes me seasick. Wait for the next version.
