As another user commented, ReliefJet will not honor their money back guarantee. I had an issue with my calendar duplicate removal feature due to a bug and I informed them ONE DAY after my purchase. I was told by them that I had made a wrong purchase decision and they did not refund me. Terrible product with very weak user experience and even worse, unprofessional user support.
