If you like to take photo's and add you're own effects, then Photofiltre is the package you need. It has all the basic features, plus lots more of a photo manipulation package you would otherwise buy. And this is what makes PF such a great program...It's absolutely FREE!!! Just give it a try, I guarantee you will keep it on your computer. Price: Free
