I updated my sound card driver, and the PC would take about 5 minutes to shutdown. I suspected some sort of shutdown "sequence" problem. So, I installed this program and forced all sound related drivers to load at 5 second intervals. Now the PC shuts off in about 15 seconds. Thanks! Price: Free

What I like best... 5 stars
I have a large collection of CD's and I like to listen to certain tunes (not all) on each CD. When I play a CD for the first time using Orange Player, I tell it which tracks to play, and it plays just those...but, the best part is, it remembers! If I play that CD again, even a month later, it still only plays the tracks I told it to the first time. Very convenient! Price: Free

Two things I loved right off the bat... 1. I can do a search by "minimum number of bids". (I've learned over the years that I'm not the only one who knows what the "good stuff" is),and 2. Prospector shows a little icon for auctions that have "reserve not met", so I don't have to waste my time opening these, if I choose. Tho, it's limited to 30 searches and 15 snipes a month, that's plenty for me. Thanks! Price: Free

When I rip radio streams, sometimes the decibel level isn't the same for every song. Just place the mp3's into this program, set your desired db level, and press go. No more fiddling with the volume control. Thanks a mill! BTW...If you get a "MSCOMCTL.OCX" error when installing, just be sure and get the "Full" version (about 2 mb's). Price: Free
