I have been using IconCool Editor for a while because it provides a lot of good features. But it crashes randomly far too often, and I sometimes need to restart it 10 times to get an icon done, it is very frustrating especially when you have not saved your work when the crash occurs. And it seems that crashes are never fixed as any new version seems to crash as often. Price: Free
