Speckie Speckie

Where have you been, all my life? 5 stars
Even for a non-believer like me, this is a God-send. I've been continually copy 'n pasting text from on-line comment fields, into an external text editor, just to spell-check the things before hitting 'submit'. But no more. In fact, I actually forgot I'd already installed it, before realizing - the next day - that it was up and running. And what a relief. You run the install, and there's really nothing to see; it just integrates seamlessly into IE, and goes to work. I guess you could say I'm enjoying the benefits of Speckie, even as we speak. DropIt DropIt

A 5-star you gotta get it, keeper. 5 stars
I already had a magic folder-type sorter on my desktop, that had long since fell into disuse. So I was a bit ho-hum about my expectations. But this is an unbelievably well executed application, for sorting files and getting them to their destination folders. The fact that it will also sort folders, and run command-line operations - I've been using it for a week now, and have barely scratched the surface. The handiest feature is the stay on top icon, that can sit anywhere on your desktop, or can even be dropped onto the folder you're working on. You can select a whole group of files, drag 'n drop them to the target, and it will automatically handle multiple file-types and destinations. It can even be invoked from the Rt-Click menu, to automatically process one - or a group of files - you've already selected. It's just a nice piece of work! Price: Free
