I stumbled across this gem by accident but now I am in love. This program is top notch. It is modeled after Smartdraw and has a lot of the same features but is free. As far as I can tell this isn't crippleware, nagware, and doesn't put annoying water marks on your printouts or exports. If you need to make charts for school or work you can not go wrong with this program. Price: Free
